A Simple Day

Today was a rather good day. I woke up at 6:00 AM and made my way home. Traffic was rather light and it only took me half an hour to get home. Howard Stern wasn't particularly funny this morning. I spent it in the comfort of my home and did not have to deal with any unwanted people. I was finally able to determine why I could not publish to this blog and that was a rather nice victory. I read the news and learned of a mother who drove her three children off of a cliff. The world is truly becoming a sad place. It is now going on three weeks that I have not written a poem. Where has all of my inspiration gone?
